Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure and Development

Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex infrastructure and mega-development projects. This full-time position is based in Tabūk, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, and involves the directional management and execution of multi-disciplinary engineering and construction packages.

Role Purpose

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from inception through to successful delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring all project milestones are met safely, on time, and within budget, aligning with corporate objectives and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end management, direction, and leadership for mega-infrastructure projects.
• Act as the principal liaison with clients, government authorities, subcontractors, and internal joint-venture partners to foster collaborative relationships.
• Oversee the development of detailed project execution plans, master schedules, and financial budgets; proactively manage risks and variations.
• Enforce stringent HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality Assurance standards across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Mentor, guide, and manage a diverse team of project controls, engineering, and construction professionals to drive high-performance results.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in project management, specifically leading large-scale civil infrastructure, roads/bridges, urban development, or mega-projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

Desired Skills and Regional Experience

• Proven track record working within the Middle East (GCC region), with specific experience on Saudi Arabian giga-projects being a distinct advantage.
