• Ensure proper handling of all stock as per company standards.
• Maintain 100% documentation and filing for shipments and deliveries in line with policy.
• Manage warehouse efficiency and productivity as per Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Oversee stock issuance according to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate inter-branch transfers and monitor shipment delays.
• Receive and inspect new stock arrivals.
• Keep sensitive information confidential and securely file documents.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
• Participate in stock counts and manage routine warehouse operations.
• Ensure accurate stock levels between physical and system records.
• Prepare delivery documents and coordinate with logistics for outbound shipments.

Requirements:

• College Graduate.
• Minimum 23 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Arabic and English.
