About the Role

Masarat Almina Customs Clearance is seeking a Customs Clearance Specialist to join their team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves managing the customs clearance processes for various shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customs clearance procedures for both import and export shipments.
• Process and track shipments using the Fasah platform.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, port operations, shipping companies, and transport providers.
• Review essential customs documents including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Oversee container clearance and shipment release processes.
• Address requirements from the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority and other relevant bodies.
• Ensure compliance with SABER requirements based on shipment type.
• Resolve customs-related issues to ensure timely clearance of shipments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in customs clearance within Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in handling operations at Jeddah Islamic Port.
• Competence in using the Fasah platform.
• Solid understanding of import, export, and customs clearance procedures.
