About the Role

توترندي is seeking a Social Media Account Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This contract role involves professionally managing the company's social media accounts, enhancing our digital presence, and engaging with our audience to achieve marketing objectives through strategic content planning and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage company accounts across various social media platforms, including Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
2. Prepare and execute monthly content plans aligned with marketing objectives.
3. Write and draft marketing and advertising content consistent with the brand's identity.
4. Schedule and publish content at optimal times.
5. Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries, and forward sales opportunities to the sales team when necessary.
6. Monitor audience engagement and actively work to increase participation rates.
7. Coordinate with the design and editing teams to produce professional content.
8. Propose creative ideas for marketing campaigns and seasonal events.
9. Monitor current trends and leverage them to benefit the brand.
10. Monitor competitor performance and analyze their strategies.
11. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering follower growth, engagement rate, reach, impressions, message/inquiry volume, and post performance.
12. Monitor and respond to customer reviews professionally.
13. Ensure adherence to the company's visual identity and communication style.
14. Collaborate with the paid advertising team to enhance campaign results.
15. Suggest contests, offers, and activities to boost engagement and sales.
16. Monitor and coordinate with influencers for marketing campaigns.
17. Archive and organize photos, videos, and published content.
18. Submit reports and recommendations to management to improve digital performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media account management.
• Proficiency in content management and scheduling tools.
• Excellent content writing skills in Arabic, with familiarity with English.
• Ability to analyze data and extract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
