About the Role:
The Visual Merchandiser at Match | ماتش is pivotal in enhancing our luxury brand's identity through high-impact visual displays and store presentations. Your role will not only reflect brand values but also elevate the shopping experience for our customers.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Visual Display Execution: You will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining visually appealing displays that reflect the brand guidelines. Key product placements will highlight storytelling elements and essential items.
  • Brand Standards & Compliance: Create visual merchandising guidelines while ensuring compliance across all locations. Adapt layouts according to boutique size and ensure all displays adhere to global standards.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for the launch of new collections, ensuring timely execution of VM elements.
  • Product Presentation & Rotation: Regularly update displays to align with best-sellers and sales strategies, ensuring displays are clean, accurately tagged, and priced.
  • Training & Collaboration: Train boutique staff on VM principles, working closely with managers to align visual execution with commercial objectives.
  • Store Maintenance: Monitor the condition of VM props and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Conduct boutique visits and assessments, preparing reports and documentation on the effectiveness of visual merchandising.
