Join Our Team as a Branch ManagerAt AL SHAALI MOTO LLC, we are in search of a dedicated and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our showroom operations in Jeddah. This role involves overseeing sales performance and ensuring operational excellence within the branch.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Sales Performance & Target Achievement: Assist in setting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while supervising the sales team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Team Leadership & Support: Guide sales executives, conduct training sessions, and motivate the team to achieve high levels of customer service and sales goals.
- Customer Relations & Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with key clients.
- Sales Reporting & Market Analysis: Prepare sales reports, track sales pipeline, and analyze market trends to adjust sales strategies.
- Operational & Administrative Support: Manage showroom operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Business Development & Key Account Management: Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with key B2B clients.
Required Skills and Experience:Experience in motorcycle sales and marketing is essential. The ideal candidate should be a Saudi national, demonstrating the ability to lead a team effectively and achieve sales targets.
