Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest queries and serve beverages following guidelines.
• Ensure a comprehensive knowledge of the menu and products.
• Maintain adequate stock levels at all stations.
• Follow reporting procedures for any issues that arise.
• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and ensure quality standards.
• Adhere to grooming standards and hotel policies.
• Comply with security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.

What You'll Bring:

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
