About the Role

DNC Group (شركة ظل النخيل) is seeking an experienced Agricultural Engineer to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position is crucial for a project focused on the maintenance of municipal nurseries and glass greenhouses. The role requires a professional with a strong background in agricultural practices and nursery management.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily agricultural operations within nurseries and glass greenhouses.
• Managing plant care and production activities.
• Implementing irrigation, fertilization, and pest control programs.
• Diagnosing plant diseases and applying appropriate treatments.
• Supervising work teams and monitoring agricultural processes.
• Monitoring maintenance work for agricultural facilities and glass greenhouses.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in nursery management and operations.
• Demonstrated experience in plant care and production.
• Proficiency in irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and plant disease diagnosis.
• Ability to supervise work teams and manage daily agricultural tasks.
• Experience in monitoring agricultural maintenance and glass greenhouse operations.
• Possession of a valid professional classification from the Saudi Council of Engineers is required.

Work Environment and Conditions
