The Role of Closing Specialist

GoldenArea Development is seeking a Closing Specialist to manage all aspects of the real estate closing process. This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, operating under a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site presence with work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing closing files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Verifying all necessary documentation for real estate transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating with escrow agents, lenders, and internal teams to confirm loan terms, disbursements, and closing conditions.
• Tracking transaction milestones and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
• Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide clear guidance, timelines, and status updates throughout the closing process.
• Maintaining accurate records and comprehensive reporting for each transaction.
• Supporting process improvement initiatives to contribute to consistent, high-quality customer experiences.

Work Environment and Location
