About the Role

Qureos is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join its team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role requires strong hands-on experience in HR operations and proficiency with Saudi government platforms. The specialist will be responsible for supporting daily employee operations, managing government transactions, and ensuring HR documentation and compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily HR operations and employee-related transactions.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle employee transfers, visa processes, and related transactions.
Prepare HR letters, certificates, and various employee documentation.
Manage and support requirements related to the Mowaamah Program.
Process HR transactions through relevant Saudi government platforms.
Ensure accuracy and up-to-date status of employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure all HR processes comply with Saudi Labor Law and applicable regulations.
Coordinate effectively with employees, management, and government authorities as required.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in HR operations.
Demonstrated direct experience using Saudi government HR platforms.
Proven ability to manage day-to-day employee operations and government transactions.
Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and compliance requirements.

Candidates currently working in roles such as HR Operations Specialist, HR Specialist, HR Officer, Personnel Specialist, Government Relations Specialist, or Employee Relations Specialist are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in HR operations within the Saudi Arabian context.
