About the Role

Procter & Gamble is seeking an HR Specialist to join their team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing government operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting daily HR functions. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The HR Specialist will be responsible for overseeing digital portals related to government operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and acting as a liaison with government entities. The role also involves providing essential employee support and contributing to HR data analytics and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage digital portals for government operations, including processing visas, work permits (Iqamas), and labor files using official systems such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Mudad.
Monitor changes in Saudi Labor Law and immigration policies, providing advice to company management on potential operational impacts.
Represent the organization during official visits, inspections, or meetings with ministries, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD).
Provide support to employees for onboarding, exit clearances, and governmental documentation.
Contribute to HR data analytics by identifying areas for improvement through intentional assessments and analysis.
Oversee the day-to-day operations within the HR department.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Human Resources, or a similar field.
2 to 4 years of proven experience in HR Government Operations and HR generalist functions.
Demonstrated mastery of Saudi e-government portals, including Qiwa, Muqeem, and GOSI.
Professional fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, within a global consumer goods company. The role involves working closely with various internal departments and external government agencies.
