Overview of the Role

Infuse Advisory is seeking an experienced Head Chef / Sous Chef to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a culinary leader with a strong background in catering, pre-opening projects, and kitchen layout and planning. The ideal candidate will take responsibility from the initial planning stages through to daily operations, leading a kitchen team to maintain high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume catering, events, and banqueting operations.
• Lead pre-opening kitchen projects and establish culinary operations from the ground up.
• Oversee kitchen layout, workflow, equipment planning, and operational setup.
• Implement menus, standardize recipes, and manage food costing.
• Recruit, train, and lead kitchen teams.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and kitchen systems.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, yield, and waste.
• Oversee production while maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in culinary leadership roles. Proven experience in catering, pre-opening projects, and kitchen planning is highly preferred.

Work Environment and Start Date

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires an individual who can be hands-on and lead a kitchen team effectively. The start date for this position is immediately.
