Logistics Exports Coordinator

About the Role

Unilever Arabia is seeking a Logistics Exports Coordinator to join their team in Jeddah, Mecca Region. This full-time role is responsible for managing the entire export outbound documentation process, serving as the primary contact for all internal and external stakeholders, including planning, freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, warehousing, and transportation. The coordinator will focus on optimizing documentation activities to improve lead times and reduce errors.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Logistics Exports Coordinator drives process optimization for day-to-day documentation activities. This includes full responsibility for process KPIs, lead-time analysis, and addressing business waste related to documentation. The role reports directly to the KSA Logistics Supervisor and contributes to efficient export operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and share the monthly forecast with service providers.
• Manage export container bookings and securing processes.
• Plan monthly, weekly, and daily export schedules.
• Initiate container pull-out, loading, and share loading details with service providers for documentation.
• Connect daily with the Customer Service (CS) team to verify orders and make necessary corrections.
• Create Proforma Invoices for received orders.
• Check and communicate potential risks for action.
• Manage all 3PLs to ensure they meet their KPIs and Lead Times (LT).
• Maintain and update all trackers, sharing them with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all provisions are made in advance for suppliers.
• Conduct monthly reviews of suppliers' Statements of Account (SOA) and ensure timely payments to Service Providers (SP).
• Clear invoice queries received from Vendors (AP CORA).
• Handle documentation for Arabia and road export shipments.

• 0-1 year of relevant experience is required for this role.
