Overview of the Role

Support and Empowerment is seeking a Project Lead / Head of Concept & Operations to join a new coffee concept in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Makkah, with operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The position involves developing an innovative coffee concept, starting with an agile kiosk/small-shop model and preparing for rapid expansion. The Head of Concept & Operations will be responsible for the end-to-end development of the concept, establishing operational standards, building training programs, and setting benchmarks for specialty coffee experiences in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders to translate the core brand vision into a scalable retail blueprint optimized for kiosk and small-footprint operations.
• Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store opening/closing, inventory management, quality control, customer service, and food safety.
• Create comprehensive training manuals, barista skill development programs, and customer service modules to ensure brand consistency.
• Assist in sourcing premium coffee beans, equipment, and packaging that align with brand positioning and cost targets.
• Lead the pilot launch of the kiosk/small shop, monitor initial performance metrics, refine workflows based on consumer feedback, and prepare systems for future scaling.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to transform a creative vision into operational reality.
• Experience in developing and implementing operational standards and training programs.
• Background in the coffee or food and beverage industry is preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with operational scope covering Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working at the ground level of a new concept with potential for rapid expansion.
