Introduction to the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Quality Assurance System Analyst to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Region. This full-time position is central to implementing and deploying application software, providing essential staff support and training, and ensuring robust regulatory compliance and data security. The role requires candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities

Support the development of new applications or customize existing ones to meet the specific needs of the retail industry for assigned applications.
Act as Level 2 support for assigned applications, ensuring that any bugs or errors are resolved with end users within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Analyze end-user requirements and assist in designing solutions that meet their needs, streamline processes, improve patient care, and enhance operational efficiency.
Support the implementation of new software applications or major updates on assigned applications, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations and compatibility with existing systems.
Utilize IT data for analysis and reporting purposes to identify areas for development or operational inefficiencies.
Collaborate with vendors who provide specialized application support, ensuring that these tools meet the specific needs of the end user.
Continuously monitor the performance of applications, ensuring they meet the demands of a fast-paced retail environment and identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure patient privacy is maintained in all applications, with strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection best practices.
Stay abreast of technological advancements in both the IT and pharmacy sectors, exploring innovative solutions such as telepharmacy, mobile health apps, and AI-driven tools.
Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure IT solutions align with business needs and facilitate effective healthcare delivery.

This role is integral to aligning IT solutions with clinical needs and improving overall healthcare delivery. The Quality Assurance System Analyst contributes to operational insights through data analysis, monitors application performance, and is committed to safeguarding patient privacy and data security across all systems.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field such as system analysis, quality assurance, or application support, demonstrating a proven ability to manage and optimize software solutions.

Work Environment Details

This is a full-time position with a work environment that is 100% indoors. The work schedule consists of 5 working days per week with 2 days off. Daily working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour break.
