About Nahdi Medical Co. and the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Store Solution Applications System Analyst to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Region. This full-time position involves the implementation and deployment of application software solutions within a dynamic retail healthcare environment.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to provide essential IT support for store solution applications, ensuring their optimal performance, security, and alignment with business objectives. The analyst will contribute to improving healthcare delivery by bridging IT solutions with clinical and operational needs, while also safeguarding patient privacy and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of new applications or customization of existing ones to meet specific retail industry needs.
• Act as Level 2 support for assigned applications, ensuring bugs or errors are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze end-user requirements and assist in designing solutions that streamline processes, improve patient care, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of new software applications or major updates, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations and compatibility with existing systems.
• Utilize IT data for analysis and reporting to identify areas for development and operational inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with external vendors providing specialized application support to ensure tools meet specific end-user needs.
• Continuously monitor application performance to meet the demands of a fast-paced retail environment and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure patient privacy is maintained across all applications, with strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 3+years of relevant experience in system analysis, application support, or a similar IT role, preferably within the retail or healthcare sector.

Technological Acumen and Collaboration

The role requires staying abreast of technological advancements in both the IT and pharmacy sectors, including exploring innovative solutions such as telepharmacy, mobile health applications, and AI-driven tools. Collaboration is essential, involving engagement with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure IT solutions align with business needs and facilitate effective healthcare delivery.
