The Role of Sales Representative

AmCan International Group is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and covers various cities across the Western, Southern, and Northern regions, including remote areas such as Taif, Medina, Tabuk, Abha, Khamis Mushayt, Jazan, and Najran. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and expanding distribution for specialty wellness products within the designated territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales, forecast, and collection targets across designated territories.
• Adhere to high forecast accuracy and contribute to demand planning cycles.
• Detail and train store pharmacists, salesmen, and trainers on the full brand portfolio (*, Optimum Nutrition, Dymatize, BASIX), delivering key selling points and customer target segmentation.
• Meet purchasers and business owners to align on monthly expectations and required actions.
• Maintain planogram compliance, product availability, and visibility in stores.
• Handle re-allocation of stock across accounts to avoid legacy stocks.
• Monitor and report on shelf prices, expiry dates, promotional activations, and competitor prices and activities, with documentation.
• Implement and maintain all Point of Sale Materials (POSM) across the trade.
• Ensure all company brands are listed and actively sold across every account.
• Open new accounts to expand distribution across the Western, Southern, and Northern regions, including regular coverage of remote areas per the agreed frequency.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly plans and reports on schedule, and finalize monthly orders within agreed cut-off dates.

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of field sales experience, preferably in sports nutrition, consumer health supplements, or FMCG.
• Solid knowledge of the KSA retail landscape, including pharmacies, supplement stores, gyms, hypermarkets, and gas stations.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license and a transferable Iqama.
• Comfortable with reporting tools and Excel-based follow-up.

• Existing relationships within the fitness and gym channels.
• A background or genuine interest in sports nutrition and fitness.
• Results-driven, self-managed, and comfortable working across multiple cities and remote areas.
• Strong communication and detailing skills.
