About the Role

Al-Ahli Club Company is seeking a Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on crafting and editing visually engaging video and motion content that effectively communicates the Al Ahli FC story.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this position is to transform matchday moments, player narratives, and campaign visuals into cinematic, on-brand content. The content produced will aim to captivate fans and contribute to commercial value across various social, digital, and broadcast platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content, including matchday highlights, player features, sponsor integrations, and hype videos, for social, broadcast, and web channels.
• Design and animate motion graphics packages such as lower-thirds, titles, statistical overlays, and sponsor bumpers, ensuring alignment with the Al Ahli brand identity.
• Deliver fast-paced matchday and same-day content within tight deadlines during live fixtures.
• Collaborate with the Content Creator/Copywriter to translate campaign briefs into finished video assets.
• Maintain a structured asset and template library, including LUTs, motion templates, and brand kits, to optimize production efficiency.
• Ensure all exported content meets platform-specific specifications for aspect ratio, duration, and captions across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and broadcast partners.
• Support the production and coverage of commercial shoots, including partnership activations, ticketing campaigns, and merchandise promotions, through editing and post-production.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics, with a preference for experience within the sports industry.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English language skills.
• Experience with cinematography and camera operation.

Location and Employment Type

This is a full-time position located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be disclosed during the recruitment process.
