About Koraspond and the Account Lead Role

Koraspond is a 360° marketing and technology agency that serves prominent brands across the automotive, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, and institutional sectors within Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region. The agency is seeking a full-time Account Lead to join its team in either Jeddah or Makkah.

Role Purpose

The Account Lead serves as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of key clients. This role involves overseeing client engagements comprehensively, from the initial brief development through to campaign execution, delivery, and subsequent performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships end-to-end, ensuring consistent communication and high satisfaction levels.
• Develop and implement strategic communication and marketing plans aligned with client objectives.
• Translate business goals into clear creative briefs and actionable plans for internal teams.
• Oversee the execution of advertising, branding, and digital campaigns across creative, media, production, and digital departments.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in line with client expectations.
• Track campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights, post-campaign analyses, and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of account management experience within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success managing integrated campaigns across brand, digital, and performance channels.
• Strong analytical capability and confidence in presenting to senior client stakeholders.
