Role Overview

Bravo International Co. is seeking an Administrative Officer to manage day-to-day office operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jeddah. The position involves handling correspondence, maintaining records, and preparing documents and reports. The Administrative Officer will provide support to management and teams through scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up on action items. This role also includes greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Support management and teams with scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
  • Greet visitors and manage general inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Provide basic support for HR and finance administration as needed.
  • Contribute to a professional, organized, and service-oriented work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong general administration and administrative assistance skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar productivity tools.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time, on-site position. The role is based in Jeddah and Makkah.
