ADMISSION REPRESENTATIVE II

About the Role

King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Jeddah is seeking an Admission Representative II. This full-time position involves receiving, registering, and confirming patient visits, as well as processing necessary paperwork and issuing inpatient appointments. The role is integral to ensuring a smooth admission process for all patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and greet patients upon their arrival in the Admission area and take appropriate action.
• Update patient bio-data, including address and telephone number.
• Register and confirm patient information using the computer system and initiate necessary admission procedures.
• Verify patient eligibility status, ensuring they qualify for the referred specialty.
• Provide patients with the Patients’ Bill of Rights and Handbook, ensuring full understanding of the contents.
• Answer inquiries from patients and their families, offer assistance, and direct them to other services such as Pharmacy, Laboratory, or Social Services.
• Adhere to all Hospital-related policies and procedures.
• Participate in self-education, training, and development, as well as contribute to the development of others.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
