About the Allergan Aesthetics Product Specialist Role

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is seeking an Allergan Aesthetics Product Specialist to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position focuses on driving sales growth and achieving targets within an assigned territory for a portfolio of leading aesthetics brands and products. The role requires a professional who can effectively implement company strategies and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business.
• Implement company strategies correctly and uniformly.
• Conduct sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the assigned territory.
• Maintain close relationships with key accounts, ensuring their requirements are met by the company's products where possible.
• Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services.
• Represent Allergan in a professional manner, aligning with company image and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Pharmacy or related Healthcare Science.
• A sound background in sales and commercial awareness.
• 0-1 years of proven experience as a Product Specialist, preferably in Aesthetics or a related pharma Dermatology area.
• Mature, flexible person capable of working on their own initiative.
• Professional approach and ability to function as a team leader and worker.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High level of negotiation skills and an extensive record of negotiation success.
• Business acumen with demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions and choices.
