About the Role

Match | ماتش is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to oversee operations and staff across specific areas or multiple locations in Makkah, including Jeddah and Makkah cities. This full-time role focuses on ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Train staff on job duties and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure performance meets established standards.
Monitor staff performance, conduct regular reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for professional development.
Oversee employee work schedules and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
Participate in the interviewing and hiring processes for new candidates.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including all safety and health regulations.
Oversee daily operations across multiple locations or a specific area, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Develop and implement strategies designed to improve efficiency, enhance productivity, and achieve business objectives.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and effective cost control.
Promote collaboration among team members and across various departments.
Monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments.
Review performance metrics, reports, and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Perform any additional work as requested by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
Demonstrated ability to oversee operations and manage staff effectively.
Proven track record in developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities spanning across the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves overseeing operations in a dynamic retail or sales environment.
