The Role of Area Sales Manager II

Almarai is seeking an Area Sales Manager II to join its team in Dammam or Riyadh. This full-time position involves directing, controlling, and managing van sales operations within assigned sales areas to achieve budgeted volume and margin targets for Almarai products. The role requires continuous monitoring and review of team performance to ensure objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and control van sales operations within the designated territory.
Effectively manage sales areas to achieve budgeted volume and margin for Almarai products.
Continuously monitor and review the performance of the sales team.
Ensure alignment with company sales strategies and targets.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales management.
Demonstrated ability to manage and direct sales teams.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Work Environment and Growth

This role is based in either Dammam or Riyadh and is a full-time position. Almarai is currently undergoing an aggressive expansion program, including acquisitions in new vertical markets, which contributes to a dynamic multinational team environment focused on furthering group growth plans.
