The Opportunity: Area Sales Manager II

Almarai is seeking an Area Sales Manager II to join its team in Dammam or Riyadh. This full-time role involves directing and managing van sales operations within an assigned territory. The position is critical for achieving budgeted volume and margin targets for Almarai products through continuous monitoring and review of team performance. This role is part of an ongoing expansion program and strategic acquisitions, contributing to the group's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and control van sales operations within the designated sales areas.
• Effectively manage sales activities to achieve budgeted volume and margin for Almarai products.
• Continuously monitor and review the performance of the sales team.
• Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG sales management.
• Experience in budgetary preparation and planning.
• Proficiency in reporting, communication, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in team management and leadership.
• Strong team player capabilities.
