About the Business Applications & Digital Platforms Manager Role

Al Borg Diagnostics is seeking a Business Applications & Digital Platforms Manager to oversee and support its business applications and digital platforms. This full-time position, based in Jeddah and Makkah, requires 5-10 years of experience. The role serves as the central point of contact between business users, vendors, and IT teams, ensuring the effective delivery, adoption, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications and digital solutions. The focus is on improving business processes, driving user engagement, managing vendor relationships, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Applications Management: Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP applications, coordinate business requirements and enhancements, work with vendors to resolve issues and deliver improvements, and monitor application performance and user satisfaction.
  • CRM & Customer Engagement Platforms: Support CRM implementation and enhancements, gather requirements from business users, manage customer-facing platforms including CRM and WhatsApp Business, and support user adoption and training.
  • Digital Platforms Management: Oversee website and mobile application enhancement initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders on digital platform improvements, monitor performance and user feedback, and support the implementation of new digital services.
  • Business Process & User Engagement: Collaborate with business departments to understand operational needs, identify process improvement and automation opportunities, and support user training and change management activities.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Coordinate business reporting and dashboard requirements, support Power BI initiatives, define KPIs with business users, and assist in improving data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Project Coordination: Participate in application and digital platform projects, track progress, risks, and issues, and coordinate between business users, vendors, and IT teams.
  • Vendor Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with application vendors, monitor vendor performance and support quality, and ensure compliance with service levels.
  • AI & Innovation Support: Support the evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled business solutions and identify opportunities for automation and productivity improvements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in enterprise applications, business systems, or digital platforms.
  • Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or business applications, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
  • Proven experience working with business users and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts for effective collaboration with technical teams.
  • Experience defining reporting requirements, KPIs, and dashboard specifications.
  • Knowledge of data visualization, performance analytics, and management reporting.
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or service industries is preferred.

Work Location and Type
