About Shangri-La Jeddah

Shangri-La Jeddah is located on the new Jeddah Waterfront along the Red Sea. The hotel features floor-to-ceiling windows, interiors reflecting the sea and sandy beaches, a Kids Club, and innovative dining concepts. This role is based in Jeddah and is a full-time position.

The Role of Spa and Wellness Manager

The Spa and Wellness Manager will lead the overall strategic, operational, and financial performance of the spa division. This role involves driving the development and delivery of a luxury wellness experience that aligns with Shangri-La’s brand standards. The manager is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, strong commercial performance, and a culture of excellence within the spa.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily spa operations with attention to quality, efficiency, and safety.
Achieve spa revenue, profitability, and budget targets.
Develop strategies to increase treatment revenue, memberships, wellness programs, and retail sales.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to strengthen the spa’s position.
Ensure every guest receives personalized, luxury service throughout the spa journey.
Maintain consistently high guest satisfaction scores and service standards.
Implement improvements based on guest feedback and market expectations.
Ensure compliance with Shangri-La standards, local regulations, hygiene, and wellness protocols.
Optimize resources, facilities, inventory, and operational procedures.
Recruit, train, coach, and retain talented spa professionals.
Create a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
Develop leadership capabilities within the spa team.
Represent the spa professionally within the luxury hospitality and wellness community.
