About the Role

Tamer Services Company, an integrated healthcare and wellness group, is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join its team in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah cities. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to enhance the company's compliance framework, manage regulatory risks, and foster a culture of ethics and integrity across all business units.

Role Overview

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for defining, executing, and overseeing the organization's comprehensive compliance program. This role involves close collaboration with leadership to identify and mitigate regulatory risks, while actively promoting a strong culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve corporate compliance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Conduct regular compliance risk assessments, identify regulatory gaps, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor compliance across business operations, investigate potential violations, and oversee corrective and preventive actions.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Operations, and HR to ensure organization-wide adherence to applicable regulations and internal policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities, external auditors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Deliver compliance awareness initiatives and training programs to reinforce ethical conduct across the organization.
  • Prepare executive-level compliance reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in compliance, legal, internal audit, or risk management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating regulatory and ethical risks.
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining corporate compliance policies and programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret evolving regulatory requirements and recommend practical solutions.
  • Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks.

Education and Certifications

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or MBA, along with a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent professional certification, is preferred.
