About the Role

SULIYAN COMPANY is seeking a Content and Concept Creator to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves transforming client briefs into compelling ideas and presentations that secure client engagement. The ideal candidate will manage the entire process from initial concept development to final content creation and presentation delivery, working closely with strategy, account, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original campaign ideas, creative platforms, and overarching concepts from client briefs.
• Formulate concept routes with clear rationales, key messages, detailed descriptions, and execution examples.
• Create mood boards and visual references to illustrate concepts effectively.
• Ensure ideas are relevant to Saudi culture, audience insights, and the local calendar.
• Produce bilingual Arabic and English content, including taglines, campaign copy, social media content, scripts, and brand messaging.
• Develop brand narratives, tone of voice guidelines, and content pillars.
• Create content plans and calendars for multi-platform concept execution.
• Adapt concepts for various formats such as social media, digital, print, and outdoor advertising.
• Construct pitch decks, client proposals, and campaign presentations from inception to completion.
• Structure presentations with a clear narrative flow: insight, idea, execution, and results.
• Design visually polished slides consistent with brand guidelines.
• Produce bilingual Arabic/English decks with correct right-to-left layouts.
• Translate strategy documents and data into clear, persuasive visual slides.
• Support the team in preparing and refining presentations for client meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Native proficiency in Arabic (Saudi dialect preferred) and professional fluency in English, with excellent writing skills in both languages.
• A strong portfolio showcasing pitch decks or proposals.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote; Google Slides experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign for visual slide elements.
• Experience with AI tools for mood boards and concept visuals (*, Midjourney, Firefly).
• Demonstrated storytelling ability and capacity to articulate the rationale behind ideas.
• A keen eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines for pitches.
• Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience pitching to government entities or major Saudi brands.
• Understanding of marketing strategy and consumer insights.
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva for rapid visual development.
