Role Responsibilities

The Director of Engineering will oversee and manage all engineering and maintenance operations within the designated Delta Hotels properties. This includes ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all building systems, equipment, and grounds. The role involves leading a team, managing budgets, and implementing preventative maintenance programs to ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in engineering and facilities management, preferably within the hospitality sector. A strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, is essential. Proven leadership and team management skills are required, along with the ability to manage operational budgets effectively.
