Role Overview: Electrical Engineer | Fresh Graduate

alfanar Group is seeking a Fresh Graduate Electrical Engineer to join its team in Jeddah, Western Region. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The primary purpose of this role is to plan, organize, and control electrical activities within projects, ensuring successful completion in accordance with established schedules, budgets, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) policies set by the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project electrical documents, including methodology, quality assurance, control procedures, engineering, and construction time schedules.
• Prepare and review technical submittals such as designs, specifications, drawings, calculations, method statements, TPIs, and risk assessments for compliance with client, authority, and end-user requirements, as well as local and international standards.
• Oversee and inspect site installation work daily, witness tests, identify non-compliance with construction documentation, and recommend corrective measures.
• Coordinate daily with the Team Leader and other team members to verify, document, and report quality issues of work performed by sub-contractors, and suggest corrective actions.
• Ensure all construction activities at the site proceed efficiently and review progress.
• Conduct technical meetings and maintain constant follow-up with Client Design and Engineering Divisions.
• Maintain quality standards for all electrical activities as per the project quality plan.

• Train subordinates and foster team collaboration for effective work execution.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates across all aspects of their work.
• Delegate assignments to subordinates appropriately.
• Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain team morale and motivation.
• Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve any related problems that arise and escalate complex operational issues as needed.
• Ensure quality requirements are met to develop effective quality control and processes, including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and identify automation opportunities.
• Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity.
