About the Facility Management DCPs Specialist Role

Jeddah Airports is seeking a Facility Management District Cooling Plants (DCPs) Specialist to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in facility management, specifically with Distributed Control Points (DCPs). The specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of DCPs within the facility.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Facility Management DCPs Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of Distributed Control Points (DCPs). This includes managing their effective operation, ensuring maintenance is performed to high standards, maintaining safety compliance, handling incidents, monitoring performance, managing risks, assuring quality, and providing technical guidance. The role also involves close collaboration with stakeholders and service providers.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee the effective and efficient operation of DCPs, ensuring high service delivery standards and system reliability.
• Supervise regular maintenance and timely repairs of DCPs to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
• Provide technical guidance to service providers and internal stakeholders regarding system operations and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
• Audit DCP-related incidents, review root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor system performance through reports and data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify potential risks associated with DCPs and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure DCPs meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive records of operations, maintenance activities, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to ensure seamless integration and adherence to standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 2-5 years in facility management, with specific experience in managing Distributed Control Points (DCPs).
• In-depth knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
