About the Field Sales Executive Role

Ethra For Human Resources Consulting is seeking an active and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join its team. This full-time, commission-based role involves visiting businesses in Jeddah to introduce and sell the company's loyalty application service. The ideal candidate will be confident and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct visits to restaurants, cafés, malls, and retail shops within Jeddah.
  • Clearly explain the features and benefits of the company’s loyalty application service to potential clients.
  • Engage with business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Present the value proposition, including how customers can collect points and receive discounts or rewards.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to finalize sales agreements.
  • Meet and achieve established monthly sales targets.
  • Provide support during the client onboarding process after a deal is closed.
  • Communicate market feedback and insights to the internal team.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role.
  • Previous experience in field sales or outdoor sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the Arabic language is mandatory.
  • Comfortable with conducting daily field visits throughout Jeddah.
  • Ability to effectively interact with businesses in the restaurant, café, mall, and retail sectors.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • A target-driven mindset with motivation derived from commission earnings.
  • English language proficiency is considered a valuable asset.

Work Context
