******** is seeking a Finance Manager to join its team in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to establishing and maintaining the financial infrastructure of the company, ensuring robust financial management and strategic support for growth.

Strategic Financial Leadership

The Finance Manager will be responsible for building StayKSA's financial backbone, encompassing monthly reporting, forecasting, and profitability tracking. This role is critical for ensuring transparent governance, accurate financial reporting, and delivering actionable insights that drive the company towards breakeven and sustained growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive P&L, cash-flow, and balance-sheet models across all business lines.
• Manage budgeting processes, conduct variance analysis, and prepare detailed board reporting.
• Implement and enforce internal financial controls and policies, ensuring alignment with Siad Holding standards.
• Oversee cost structure optimization initiatives, payment gateway reconciliation, and supplier accounting functions.
• Provide strategic support through scenario modeling, including analysis of merchant vs. agency models, pricing strategies, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to Lifetime Value (LTV) ratios.
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, legal counsel, and tax advisors.

Key Performance Indicators

• Timeliness of monthly financial closing processes.
• Accuracy of financial forecasts.
• Effectiveness in achieving controlled OPEX reduction.
• Ensuring full visibility and clear understanding of CAC/LTV and unit economics.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in finance management, with a proven track record in financial modeling, reporting, and control implementation. Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset are essential for success in this role.
