About the Role of Guest Experience Expert

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to proactively address guest needs and manage operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Guiding guests through their entire stay by providing a wide range of services.
Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests efficiently.
Completing necessary reports and documentation.
Sharing information about local area highlights to enhance the guest experience.
Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

The position also requires the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Performing these duties effectively is essential for delivering consistent service to guests and supporting business operations.
