About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves direct interaction with guests to guide them through various aspects of their visit.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests efficiently.
Completing reports and sharing highlights of the local area with guests.
Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
Creating a safe workplace and maintaining confidentiality.
Following company policies and procedures, and protecting company assets.
Upholding quality standards and presenting a professional appearance and communication style.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
