About the Role

AREEB is seeking HSEQ Specialists to support a client's Food & Beverage (F&B) operations in Jeddah. This is a full-time, temporary assignment scheduled from September 15th to October 7th. The primary objective of this role is to ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ), HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards across all event operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards throughout F&B operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of food preparation, storage, and service areas to maintain high standards.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP principles, food safety standards, and local health regulations.
• Identify potential health and safety risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions to mitigate them.
• Oversee hygiene practices, food handling procedures, temperature control, and sanitation protocols.
• Support incident reporting processes, conduct investigations, and follow up on implemented corrective actions.
• Deliver HSEQ briefings and provide guidance to F&B teams on safe working practices.
• Maintain accurate HSEQ inspection records, checklists, and comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate closely with F&B management and event teams to foster a safe and compliant operational environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSEQ, Food Safety, or a similar role.
• Prior experience within F&B, hospitality, stadiums, or high-volume events is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations is essential.
• Relevant HSEQ or Food Safety certification is preferred.

This role operates within a dynamic event setting, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to maintaining HSEQ standards. The position is full-time for the specified temporary period, supporting critical F&B operations in Jeddah.
