The Role of Human Resources Manager

Rewaq Cup is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing all human resources functions. The role involves fostering a positive, performance-driven work environment across all Rewaq Cup locations and aligning HR strategies with the company's business objectives and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal company standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives for staff.
• Oversee performance management cycles and contribute to succession planning.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, engagement programs, and feedback mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate relevant reports.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to integrate HR strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Professional HR certification is considered an advantage.
• 5-10 years of previous experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR capacity.
• Prior experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.

Work Setting
