Ninja 🥷🏽 نينجا is seeking a dedicated Inbound Officer to join our full-time logistics operations team in Makkah, supporting our services across Jeddah and Makkah. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our receiving operations, contributing directly to the smooth flow of goods within our supply chain.

Role Overview

The Inbound Officer is responsible for the meticulous verification of inbound shipments, upholding stringent quality standards, and maintaining precise documentation. This position involves close collaboration with warehouse, transportation, and quality teams to ensure seamless daily operations and compliance with established company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute inbound receiving operations and unloading activities.
• Verify received goods against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
• Inspect product quality, quantity, and expiration dates to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Report damaged items, shortages, or discrepancies immediately.
• Manage batch creation and ensure proper labeling of received goods.
• Organize and transfer received pallets to designated warehouse zones.
• Coordinate truck scheduling and gate management to avoid delays and congestion.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and update transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare daily receiving and discrepancy reports.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse receiving or inbound operations.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanning.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and move materials when required and stand for extended periods.

Work Environment and Commitment

This full-time role is based in Makkah, supporting operations across the Makkah and Jeddah regions. The position requires working in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment and involves physical tasks such as lifting and moving materials, as well as standing for extended periods.
