The Role of an Inside Sales Graduate Engineer

As an Inside Sales Graduate Engineer, you will play a key role in connecting customers with innovative solutions that support a more sustainable future. Key Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting projects through the sales cycle to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Proactively approach customers through direct and digital channels to identify needs and recommend solutions that create value.
• Collaborate with outside sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to support business growth and deliver seamless customer support.
• Follow up on opportunities, orders, and project updates to ensure timely communication and successful order execution.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and provide proactive support that helps customers achieve their goals.

Required Qualifications

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 0-1 years of professional experience.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Demonstrated interest in technical sales, customer support, and commercial activities within an engineering environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
