About the Inventory Controller Role

شركة مجمد للنقل والتخزين is seeking an Inventory Controller to join their team in Jeddah, Mecca Al-Mukarramah. This full-time position requires minimal experience, offering an opportunity for individuals looking to enter the logistics and storage sector.

Core Responsibilities

The Inventory Controller will be responsible for the safe and organized execution of loading and unloading operations for goods to and from trucks and the warehouse. This includes ensuring product integrity and quality are maintained throughout the process, adhering strictly to established operating procedures within a refrigerated and storage environment.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Load and unload goods from trucks to the warehouse and vice versa in a safe and organized manner.
• Transport materials within the warehouse to designated storage locations as per supervisor instructions.
• Arrange and stack goods on pallets while adhering to safety standards.
• Assist in preparing and shipping orders according to specified schedules.
• Ensure product integrity during loading and unloading, avoiding damage or breakage.
• Adhere to work procedures within a refrigerated storage environment, managing various temperatures.
• Cooperate with the warehouse team, including the Storekeeper, Supervisor, and Tally Clerk, to ensure smooth operations.
• Safely operate handling equipment, such as hand trucks, if available.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Report any observations or damages to shipments or equipment promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi nationality is required.
• A minimum of a high school education is required; no higher education is necessary.
• Previous experience in warehouses or loading/unloading operations is preferred but not mandatory.

• Good physical fitness and the ability to withstand field work are essential.
• Commitment and discipline regarding working hours are expected.
• The ability to work effectively within a team and handle work pressure is necessary.
• Willingness to work in a cold storage environment is a key requirement.
