About the Modern Trade Executive Role

Life Lover is seeking a motivated Modern Trade Executive to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on managing key customer accounts and driving business growth across Modern Trade, E-Commerce, and Q-Commerce channels. The role requires building strong customer relationships, executing commercial plans, and maximizing sales opportunities across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and strategic business partners.
• Oversee daily operations across Modern Trade, E-Commerce, and Q-Commerce channels.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure effective execution of customer plans.
• Develop and implement promotional activities to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient execution of customer requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with online marketplaces and delivery platforms.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable business insights.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Modern Trade, Key Account Management, Q-Commerce, or E-Commerce.
• Experience working with platforms such as Keeta, HungerStation, Amazon, Noon, and other relevant marketplaces.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of sales operations and commercial activities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.

Experience and Work Context

This role requires 2-5 years of experience. The position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The focus is on driving performance within the modern trade landscape, encompassing both online and offline retail channels.
