About the Role

The Saudi National Bank (SNB) is seeking a Network Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the bank’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge of network technologies to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the network environment.

Network Infrastructure Management

This position is responsible for the comprehensive management of SNB's network infrastructure, ensuring it supports business operations and customer needs effectively. Key duties include:

• Planning, designing, and implementing network infrastructure across voice, data, and security domains.
• Ensuring the scalability and stability of the network to accommodate business growth and evolving requirements.
• Monitoring and maintaining network performance, availability, and security standards.
• Implementing and managing network configurations, upgrades, and patches to ensure optimal performance.

Security and Regulatory Compliance

The Network Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding the bank's network assets and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising the configuration and setup of security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and secure access protocols.
• Conducting periodic security reviews and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external regulations, such as SAMA and AML/CTF guidelines.
• Planning, designing, and implementing disaster recovery procedures for the network infrastructure.
• Ensuring the backup and recovery of critical network components and services to maintain business continuity.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

This role involves leading a team of professionals and collaborating with various departments to achieve seamless network operations. Key aspects include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of network engineers and administrators.
• Working closely with IT operations, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure integrated and efficient network services.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Network Manager position should demonstrate a solid background in network management. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
