Oracle Cloud EPM Solution Lead at E-Solutions

E-Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Solution Lead to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to designing and implementing enterprise performance management solutions for our clients.

About the Role

The Oracle Cloud EPM Solution Lead will play a critical role in guiding the design, development, and deployment of Oracle Cloud EPM applications. This position requires a professional with a strong understanding of financial processes and EPM best practices, capable of translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for this role include:

• Lead the design phase for Oracle Cloud EPM modules such as Planning, FCCS, ARCS, PCM, and EDMCS, as applicable to project requirements.
• Develop and configure financial models, hierarchies, drivers, allocation rules, and consolidation rules within the EPM environment.
• Provide support for data integrations between Oracle Cloud EPM, Fusion GL, and various source systems.
• Oversee and lead testing cycles, performance validations, and go-live rollouts to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Finance controllers, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess the following:

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in implementing and managing Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading design and implementation efforts for EPM modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on financial modeling and data integration.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a collaborative team environment, engaging with various stakeholders across finance and technical departments.
