About the Role

the Grandeur, an accounting firm, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is central to managing and optimizing our purchasing processes, ensuring the acquisition of necessary goods and services at competitive prices. The role requires a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the procurement process from requisition through to purchase order, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints to optimize spending.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings, ensuring alignment with quality standards and budgetary requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide tailored solutions.
Analyze procurement data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare and present procurement reports to management, highlighting key metrics and providing insights for decision-making.
Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contracts, addressing any issues to maintain a high level of service quality.
Implement best practices in procurement processes, leveraging technology and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
