About the Role

DNC Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a key project in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves managing the maintenance project for the Municipality's nurseries and glasshouses in Jeddah Governorate. The Project Manager will ensure the successful execution of the project in accordance with approved plans and timelines.

Project Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the Maintenance Project for the Municipality's Nurseries and Glasshouses in Jeddah Governorate. This involves comprehensive oversight to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered to the required standards and within the specified scope.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project implementation and monitor work progress according to the approved plan.
• Prepare and follow up on executive plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with relevant parties, technical teams, and administrative teams.
• Monitor resources and costs, ensuring their optimal utilization.
• Oversee the quality of work and ensure compliance with specifications and the scope of work.
• Prepare periodic reports on project progress, challenges, and risks.
• Monitor safety requirements and address obstacles to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an agricultural specialization.
• Previous experience in nursery management and supervision of implementation.
• High-level skills in planning, organization, and team management.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and monitoring timelines.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, focusing on project activities within the Jeddah Governorate.
