About the Sales Analyst Role

Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions, a business group of Freudenberg, is seeking a Sales Analyst (f/m/d) to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a global technology group focused on making the world cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable. As a Sales Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial strategy through data analysis and process optimization.

Role and Responsibilities

The Sales Analyst will be responsible for providing timely and accurate analytical insights to enhance decision-making and support the commercial strategy. This involves creating and managing data flows, including primary and secondary sales, product categories, and geographical data, while ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency. You will also develop regular management reports and dashboards aligned with sales department objectives.

Furthermore, the role includes supporting the automation and optimization of sales processes, with a particular focus on CRM development and enhancement. Documenting and mapping business processes will be essential to improve operational efficiency and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a similar discipline. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales analyst, business analyst, or comparable analytical role is required.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Experience working with CRM tools and a demonstrated interest in process automation.
• High attention to detail, a structured working style, and the capacity to manage multiple data streams effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required.
