About the Sales Quality & Support Internship
Bupa Arabia is offering an internship opportunity for a Sales Quality & Support professional to join their team in Jeddah. This internship is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to gain practical experience in quality assurance and sales support within the healthcare sector.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The intern will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of sales processes and documentation. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and validating sales submissions and documentation to ensure adherence to internal quality standards, CCHI, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Supporting the management and processing of exception cases in line with approved governance and escalation procedures.
- Coordinating with Sales teams to resolve missing requirements, documentation gaps, and quality issues within specified timelines.
- Conducting regular quality checks to identify recurring issues, non-compliance trends, and process gaps.
- Assisting with awareness sessions and providing guidance to Sales teams on quality requirements, documentation standards, and process updates.
- Maintaining accurate records, trackers, and audit trails for all reviewed cases and quality activities.
- Contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing rejection rates.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: A degree in MIS or other related fields aligned with quality operations, compliance, systems, and process management.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of Quality Assurance and compliance concepts.
- Knowledge of documentation review and validation processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Basic reporting and data entry skills.
- Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is considered an advantage.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
Internship Details
