About the Role

Salla, a company in the Information Technology and Services sector, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah Province. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in product design.

Role Overview

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of innovative products across various platforms. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions that align with business objectives and user needs. A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering successful products is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital experiences for web, iOS, Android, and operator platforms.
• Lead the design of new product features with a focus on user-centered principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and test solutions for user satisfaction.
• Develop detailed design specifications and documentation for product development.
• Promote design thinking and culture, including mentoring junior designers.
• Ensure design consistency across products and platforms by maintaining design systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design technologies, and emerging patterns.
• Present design work and gather feedback from partners.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with an emphasis on UX/UI design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
• Experience leading design projects from concept to execution.
• Experience identifying customer insights through user research and discovery.
• Experience developing design strategies to address customer and business problems.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
