About the Role

Smart Creativity is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position focuses on managing client relationships and driving sustainable sales growth through the delivery of tailored technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop client accounts, fostering strong, long-term strategic relationships.
Ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Identify and attract potential clients, developing new business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals and manage the full sales cycle to close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution implementation and delivery.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Required Experience and Skills

Proven experience in account management and client relationship development.
Substantial experience in customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
A minimum of 7 years of sales experience within the IT sector in Saudi Arabia.
A strong network and existing client base within the Western region of Saudi Arabia.
Demonstrated skills in client acquisition and business development.
Excellent communication abilities with both clients and internal teams.
High proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving.
Mandatory experience in IT solutions or the technology sector.
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
